Westchester’s Umbrella Liability coverage is written on ISO umbrella form. It covers current ISO umbrella coverage parts and ISO endorsements with occurrence based or claims made forms. Straight excess coverage is available, as are coverage enhancements. Constructions risks may be offered with the following coverage features:  project specific coverage; extended products/completed operations coverage; term of project policies; annual aggregate reinstatements; and is offered on a stand-alone or support basis.

  • $25,000 annual policy premium; may go lower by exception

RESTRICTED CLASSES (LIMITS)

$5 million maximum limit for crane accounts with tower cranes or crane work in New York

  • Street/Road Contractors
    • Excess of $5 million
    • $10 million in limits if attachment is written first $25 million of limits
  • Fleets
    • Fleets over 250 units – lead umbrella - $2 million attachment on Auto required; $10 million in limits within first $25 million attachment
    • Fleets over 1,000 units – lead umbrella - $5 million attachment on Auto required; $10 million in limits within first $25 million attachment
